MDR & Associates continues an explosive year of business acquisition activity with a sixth closing for the year on April 1. A previous client notified MDR & Associates and asked the CEO, Michael Rubin for assistance in purchasing a smaller battery distributor in the Dallas area. After some heated negotiations and talks with various vendors of the smaller company, Metroplex made the decision to acquire and moved quickly to close within 2 weeks of the initial call.
