Our firm started off 2020 with over $150MM in enterprise value under engagement. After closing 3 deals in the 1st Qtr of the year, the Corona Virus seemed to change everything. Deals that were moving forward to close, halted abruptly as Business Owners tried to wrap their head around the new COVID 19 environment. Our team began meeting every Monday via Zoom to continue our traditional Sales meetings. After a 3-4 month delay on deals we realized what we have always known, Our GOD is sovereign and faithful. Deal flow started increasing rapidly and the deals that were delayed started pressing forward once again. Entering the 4th Qtr, it looks to be MDR & Associates best year and we are on track to close over $60MM in enterprise value, making this the BEST year in the history of the Firm.
