MDR & Associates continues to bring past and potential sellers, as well as individual investors, private equity groups, capital groups together for it’s monthly open house at the Grand Luxe restaurant in front of the Dallas Galleria. This special “invite only” event is held monthly on the last Thursday of each month and has been extremely effective in bringing all the pieces of an M & A transaction together in a casual, friendly, comfortable environment. The MDR & Associates president, Perry Morren comments on the event. “This is our monthly opportunity to bring all parties of an M & A transaction together for food, cocktails and conversation. It amazes me how many deals have either started or consummated at our monthly open house. It has been great getting to know all kinds of different people and how they add value to what we do.
