The rebound from 2020 has been remarkable. We have our three largest engagements under LOI again, in due diligence currently and all three should close by years end. That will put the firm at 10 closed transactions this year with over 60M in company value for 2021. God has continued to bless our boutique M&A firm through the challenging COVID-19 pandemic. We are extremely optimistic for continued strong deal flow and transaction volume over 2022 and beyond.
