MDR & Associates successfully closes Peterson’s Landscape as the first closed transaction of the year. M&A activity is at the highest level seen in the firm’s history. Founder & CEO, Michael D. Rubin comments on the current M&A landscape, “private equity firms and family offices have trillions of dry powder available and are hyper aggressive to find the right deal. Sellers need to consider this the best time in the last 2 decades to put their business on the market and see how the buyers respond to their offering. We haven’t seen a higher level of M&A activity since founding MDR & Associates in December of 2008!”
